Quintain has been at the forefront of sustainable development movement for many years and views the delivery of industry leading standards as a minimum requirement.
The scheme's current design will deliver BREEAM Excellent and EPC level B. In cooperation with potential occupiers Quintain will also seek to incorporate several initiatives that will push the scheme's design towards exemplar status. The cost-benefit relationship of these technologies will be discussed with potential occupiers, so that an agreed approach can be adopted.
